The SCOTS program (Specialist Counselor On Travel To Scotland) is a unique initiative in North America set up by the VisitScotland to educate US travel agents and bring them together with Scottish tourism companies.The programme is available online at http://www.scotsagent.com. The following operators participate with US travel agents in the SCOTS program - you can book directly with these Scottish companies or ask your travel agent to contact them for you.
